The resizing of agroecological activity in Catalonia and its digitalisation and transferability, known as Agroecoscaling, is an essential process to address current and future challenges related to food sustainability and environmental preservation. In order to assess the current state of agroecology in Catalonia, we will carry out a complete diagnosis of the situation.

In Catalonia, we are determined to successfully connect and transform our SSE and agroecological initiatives. Digitalisation, energy communities and co-operative workshops are our tools to make this possible. The future is now and together we are building a stronger and more resilient ecosystem within the Social and Solidarity Economy. In this regard, we are working to promote second-tier structures to achieve economies of scale. Among these initiatives, we are working with the Xarxa d’Impuls de l’Agroecologia (XIA) (Agroecology Promotion Network).
