EDUCATION AND RESEARCH
“So… What Should We Eat?”
So… What Should We Eat? (“Llavors…Què mengem”) is our educational project. We promote healthy and sustainable nutrition in educational centres by providing students with knowledge and positive eating habits through practical activities and visits to agroecological producers.
We also believe that collaboration with the whole educational community, teachers and families is essential to achieve long-lasting changes in the eating habits and health of students. We co-operate with school teachers so they can integrate Agroecology in a cross-curricular way in their subjects with activities inside and outside the classroom, offering practical examples related to healthy and sustainable consumption and organising visits to organic producers (school caravans).
In addition, we promote the connection between local schools, families and local consumption through school gardens and including learning itineraries in terms of Entrepreneurship and other subjects, through the creation of co-operatives or simulated associations, supplying local agroecological baskets and closing the cycle local production-local consumption-inclusive education.
If you belong to an educational centre or department interested in promoting healthy and sustainable food, please contact us.

Massive Online Courses (MOOC)
Our Massive Online Course (MOOC) in Agroecological Production, which is offered free of charge and has a massive reach, is designed to be accessible to students, teachers and all those interested in agroecological production who wish to learn and expand their knowledge in this field.
We collaborate with Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB) to guarantee the quality and reliability of our content, raising awareness of the importance of agroecological production and its positive impact on the environment and society.

Research
Research and innovation are one of the main activities of part of the team, within 8 areas: agroecology, energy transition, culture, climate change, educational models, social economy, food sovereignty and technology. We also do research on artificial intelligence tools, Machine Learning and Big Data, among other disruptive and innovative elements, as instruments to boost these 8 areas.
